We seek an individual who will process and respond to ICON customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems and social platforms to provide information while answering every email and phone call with professionalism and accuracy. A successful Customer Support Specialist will demonstrate a genuine interest in our customers and ask the necessary questions to resolve concerns while understanding how ICON can help meet their needs. Customer Support Specialists can present options to our customers to make their experience with us easy and convenient while meeting the customer’s needs. Motorcycle riding experience is very desirable.

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 18 months of customer service related experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
-Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
-Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
-Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information
-Proven time management skills/ability to multitask
-Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
-Processing orders, forms, shipping, and requests.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet/social media
-Willingness to perform duties as assigned.
-Zendesk and Sprout Social experience a plus
