Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager at IceBear Powersports, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B sales efforts and expanding our market share. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our distribution partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small but high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and achievement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, analysis and make inventory planning and ordering accordingly
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Represent IceBear Powersports at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and sales team management, preferably in the power sports or automotive industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
