Our reputable Parts and Service Department is seeking a dedicated, EXPERIENCED, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Writer.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide expectational service by assessing their needs and addressing inquires or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, effectively communicating service requests, estimates, and repair timelines.
  • Accurately document customer information, service details, and parts required for repairs or maintenance.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers, explaining recommended services and associated costs.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories, providing product knowledge and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role in the motorcycle or automotive industry IS A MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycles, including various makes, models, and maintenance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills for documenting customer information and generating estimates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This is a salary + commission position.
