Motorcycle Mechanic Service Technician

High Country Harley-Davidson in Cheyenne Wyoming, is actively looking for motivated and dedicated individuals interested in Service Technician positions. Initial compensation will be commensurate with certification level and experience. Between $17.00 and $27.00 per hour.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

*Provide prompt, dependable, high quality motorcycle service.

*Commitment to top-quality work while operating at 100% efficiency.

*Assist with keeping the Service Department safe, clean, and organized.

*Read, understand, and follow all safety requirements when using tools and chemicals and performing work in the shop.

*Accept work & direction from Service Advisors/Manager.

*Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary training programs assigned by the Service Manager.

*Other Duties – As assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

*Dealership experience and formal training required for any non-entry level positions.

*Service Technicians are required to own their own tools (minus specialty tools).

*Possess a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.

*Background check required.

Physical Demands:

*Requires the use of both hands.

*Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift 75 lbs of material.

*Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push motorcycles up to 800 lbs
