We are seeking an industry-experienced Outside Sales Representative to help grow and develop a territory for helmets/gloves sales.

The Independent Outside Sales Rep will facilitate sales of our TORC and Just1 motorcycle helmet brands to area businesses while maintaining company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit dealers on a regular basis.
  • Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
  • Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential dealers
  • Develop and maintain in-store displays
  • Quickly respond to dealer needs and requests
  • Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Manager, Sales Assistants and support personnel.
  • Maintain ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and company/branch goals in the marketplace.
  • Inform customers of all relevant company policies/procedures and initiatives. Reporting customer comments to management.

The ideal applicants should:

 

  • Have 2+ years sales and account management experience
  • Be well-versed in today’s motorcycle climate
  • Be willing to travel extensively and have reliable transportation
  • Have a strong desire to see our brands succeed
  • Already have a network of contacts and accounts to pull from within the territory
  • effectively communicate with a wide variety of personalities
  • build and maintain relationships
  • have strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Solve varying customer issues and concerns
