Job Description: Job Description: H&H Sports Protection USA Inc. is North America branch of H&H Investment Group, which is a Hong Kong based global enterprise with diversification of businesses and has established helmet manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries in North America, Italy, Brazil, & Shanghai. H&H Group was established in 1992, now is the second largest helmet manufacturer in the world. H&H Sports Protection USA Inc. promotes and distributes JUST 1, TORC, NiTEK, ORIGINE, 818 and BLiNC brands throughout the North American market.

We are looking for an Inside Telesales for our dealer direct sales channel of TORC and JUST 1 brands in US market.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily cold-call tasks requested by management.
  • Work closely with outside sales reps and sales managers to provide supports.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships.
  • Handle dealer orders and complaints/requests from dealers in territory on daily basis.
  • Partner with dealers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Serving as a team member to represent the company at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1+year in motorcycle industry.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Previous experience as sales executive
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to do cold calls, follow-ups and close deals.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Team player. Be able to effectively communicate with cross-function departments.

Compensation:
Base salary + commission
