We are seeking an industry-experienced Outside Sales Representative to help grow and develop a territory for helmets/gloves sales.
- Visit dealers on a regular basis.
- Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
- Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential dealers
- Develop and maintain in-store displays
- Quickly respond to dealer needs and requests
- Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Manager, Sales Assistants and support personnel.
- Maintain ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and company/branch goals in the marketplace.
- Inform customers of all relevant company policies/procedures and initiatives. Reporting customer comments to management.
The ideal applicants should:
- Have 2+ years sales and account management experience
- Be well-versed in today’s motorcycle climate
- Be willing to travel extensively and have reliable transportation
- Have a strong desire to see our brands succeed
- Already have a network of contacts and accounts to pull from within the territory
- effectively communicate with a wide variety of personalities
- build and maintain relationships
- have strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Solve varying customer issues and concerns
