Overview

 

HELD USA is hiring Independent Outside Sales Reps for HELD USA motorcycle gloves.

Territories include but are not limited to:

·       All of the US

JOB DESCRIPTION

Selling HELD gloves to Powersport dealers within assigned territory by:

·       Focusing on maintaining and growing the existing business and securing new growth opportunities within territory.

·       Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual territory goals.

·       Identify dealer needs and collaborate with appropriate resources to bring solutions and grow sales.

·       Managing seasonal bookings and re-orders from dealers on a consistent schedule.

·       Becoming a glove expert on product and technology used by HELD.

·       Understanding the market and actively working to increase HELD’s market share in territory.

·       Developing account plans to achieve sales goals.

·       Maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       3-5 Years of sales experience within the Powersports, Action Sports and Apparel industries.

·       Must have excellent computer and communication skills.

·       Must have his or her own mode of reliable transportation to get to and from dealer accounts.

·       Must visit all dealers in territory on a consistent basis.

Ideal candidate would already represent other brands that compliment HELD Gloves within their respective territory.
