Parts Dept Manager:

Heartland Harley Davidson is actively looking for motivated and dedicated individuals interested in Harley Davidson Motorcycle Parts Dept Positions. Summary of Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in person, by phone, text and through e-mail in a professional, knowledgeable, and advisory capacity. Our PArts professionals are responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of customer service in regard to selling/contracting vehicle maintenance, repairs, and the installation of accessories to enhance riding experiences for our clients. We also offer training and access to factory educational programs, sales & best practices coaching, manufacturer’s maintenance protocols, and feature & benefit customization techniques.

Major Duties for Parts Professionals:

Greet customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
Answer questions and advise customers relative to Parts inquiries, fitment questions and care of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and associated products.
Maintain and develop Harley-Davidson parts, accessory, maintenance, service, and warranty knowledge for the ultimate customer experience for all new, returning, and referred customers
. * Handle customer interactions professionally and without prejudice while maintaining a positive attitude at all times

. * Learn, understand, and utilizing the company’s operating systems and programs to facilitate customer transactions, product research, and Vendor Relations/Ordering

. * Other duties as assigned.

Ability to accept and follow directions.

Physical Demands:

Requires the use of both hands with minimal sitting
. * Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift up to 75 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Automotive or Motorcycle Parts or Service: 2 years (beneficial but not necessary )
Motorcycle license preferred or the ability to acquire the endorsement
