Position Summary:
The Rider Support Coordinator will assist in the production of customized gear for our Pro MX, Amateur MX, and MTB categories. This includes but is not limited to printing/pressing heat transfers, designing/cutting butt patches, and communicating altering instructions to our sewing team. Must be willing to help out at company events to setup and breakdown displays, operate activations, and represent the brand in a positive manor. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the back-sewing room and any rider support storage areas. Send outgoing shipments and monitor status to guarantee timely delivery. Receive and inventory incoming shipments. Use Adobe creative cloud software to design and manipulate rider comps to best represent our products and brand image. May be required to travel to offsite events in order to assist the Pro MX and Amateur MX team managers in order to assist with rider support.

Expected Hours of Work:
• Must be available to work occasional off-hours and weekends
• Must be available during standard business hours

Travel:
• 10% – 20% travel to off-site events

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
• High School degree
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Have a working knowledge of Adobe CC programs including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Have 3-5 years of past experience/knowledge within the motocross industry and sport
