Responsibilities Include:

Inbound Sales lead Handling – New and Used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
Setting appointments through rapport building
Qualifying; understanding customers wants and needs
Deal Maker & Closing Ability (autonomous)
Harley-Davidson University training, motorcycles, parts, and service
Reporting sales activity on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Meet or exceed department budget
We are looking for a talented and competitive VP of Inbound Phone Sales that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be a self-starter that can grow within an expansion culture.

What does the VP of Inbound Sales do?

They play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable helping new prospects along by taking dozens of calls per day, working with inside sales and finance, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales on inbound calls.

Additional Responsibilities

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales and/or finance manager for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quotas
Maintain and expand our database of prospects
Team with sales, finance, and internet partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects via phone
Help train new employees on proper phone skills

Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day
Proficient with word, excel
Experience working with CRMs, Sales Pipeline, and ability to stage customers properly
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Harley-Davidson motorcycle, parts, and service knowledge
Harley-Davidson experience is required. A motorcycle endorsement is a must.

Significant call experience and inside sales experience preferred.
