Fasthouse is seeking an upbeat individual to be the face of our HQ Showroom!
The front desk receptionist will include a lot of interactive and social engagement as you will be the first point of contact for our company. This job calls for you to perform a number of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as manage the retail side of the showroom.
The main objective is to be the welcoming face of Fasthouse HQ and to engage with all customers who enter the showroom. This includes helping customers find specific products, answer any questions about items, sizing, or restock, and performing the checkout process. Our new Fasthouse receptionist will manage our showroom and ensure that it looks and feels 100% at all times. Performing retail tasks like folding, restocking, and the occasional clean are essential. Since this requires a lot of customer interaction, a high energy attitude is of the utmost importance! Whether it be on the phone or face to face, we want our customers to always feel welcome and in the right hands.
You will also be performing administrative and clerical tasks to assist the rest of the Fasthouse Fam. Answering and redirecting any phone calls and directing visitors to their proper department or employee is major as we receive high numbers of calls and customers each day.
Tasks Will Include:
Checking Out Customers
Processing Returns and Exchanges
Handling Cash Till Efficiently
Answering and Redirecting Phone Calls
Double Checking Stock for Showroom Sales
Answering Customer Questions
Great Communication Skills
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Knowledge or Interest in the Moto and MTB Industries
