Responsibilities:

Education and advancement of all technicians
Oversee Productivity of 8-10 technicians
Quality control of all work
Ensures all service level targets are met or exceeded
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Maintenance and operation of all equipment
Oversee or perform warranty submissions for reimbursement.
Creates work schedules and ensures department in well-staffed.
Prioritizes all work orders and re-dispatches as necessary throughout the day to meet the promise time.
Provides timely on-the-job assistance to technicians experiencing difficulty diagnosing and/or repairing vehicles.
Test-drive vehicles.
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so customers are well-informed of any additional services needed

Qualifications

Motorcycle Mechanical experience minimum Five Years
Dealership experience a plus
Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
Unrestricted license with clean driving record
