EDR Performance going into our 25th year is pleased to announce our latest expansion. July 1st 2023 we will be expanding our service department by another 3,000sqft (EDR will now be over 15,000 sq ft of performance motorcycle service, parts and accessories) EDR Performance is located in the beautiful PNW. We are located in Beaverton Oregon, a suburb of Portland (20mins from PDX International and Portland International Raceway). We have year round riding, amazing roads, more outdoor activities than anyone could ask for (Snowing in winter 1 hour east, Desert 1 hour SE, Beaches 1 hour west)
We pride ourselves on having one of the best reputations in the world in our industry as well as having one of the largest, nicest non-franchised shops in the country . We work on only modern sport, race, street and adventure bikes. Nothing carbureted, no dirt, no atv, no junk! Come work on only the best bikes out there, stop doing shitty warranty work, dirty or old bikes, etc. We feature all the latest tech diagnostic software, latest servicing equipment, a dedicated engine building clean room, a dedicated suspension clean room, a state of the art INC Dyno tuning cell room and strive for a clean safe work environment. We feature 10+ work lifts, with each tech having a dedicated work area bay, racks, shelving and lifts

Technician (Full time) We are looking to add an additional A Level Technician: This position is open to any qualified motorcycle technician looking to join our team. Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years motorcycle specific service. Candidate will be servicing and building bikes in the service department alongside our existing, long standing team.
**RELOCATION ASSISTANCE for our out of state hires! (Our current staff have relocated from NYC, LA, Dallas and San Francisco) We will help the right person relocate, we are looking for only the best.
We feature 10+ work lifts, with each tech having a dedicated work area bay, racks, shelving and lifts. Must have a minimum 3 years motorcycle service experience and own hand tools, tool box (larger shop and specialty tools provided) Candidate must have a clean driving record, be dependable, team oriented and have a positive attitude
This position’s salary starts at $62,000/year minimum (may be higher with more experience) along with bi-annually increases based on performance. Monthly Shop bonuses and paid over time are also offered in addition. Relocation reimbursement is available for out of state hires. Multiple brand service experience preferred.
Current work hours are Tues-Fri 9:00-5:30 and Sat 9:30-5:00. Closed/Off Sundays and Mondays. **Please note ONLY looking to hire those that currently, legally reside within the United States. Any other countries applications will be discarded. Thank you

Known around the world for our quality work and attention to detail, backed by incredible results on track! From an every day street bike oil change to magazine quality projects and building the fastest engines on the race track, our quality is our reputation. Our current location is located in Beaverton, OR (Suburb of Portland, Oregon) and is nearly 12,000 sqft. We have on sight dyno tuning facility, full suspension room, engine building clean room and 8 lifts/work bays. We have a fully stocked parts dept and small retail area as well. We attend many west coast and even national race events to support our clients.
