Motocross Mechanic
Job Description
Service motoross bikes Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
Disassemble and reassemble components per manufacturer procedure
Uncrate new motorcycles and make ready install proper bars, sprockets, footpegs and parts listed per workorder
Replace clutches, change jetting and simple services requested
Remove/install suspension or engines following company specs
Assist shop in building all race team bikes
Assist shop in setting up race team rigs and parts areas
Detail race bikes and check for worn parts or adjustments needed
Attend occasional test sessions to assist riders in setup and improving function
Attend occasional national races for rider assistance with adjustments
Requirements
Passion for motorcycles or mechanics
Reliable transportation
Enthusiasm and pride in quality work
Organization and attention to detail
Prefer experience in motorcycle service or suspension serivce
Benefits
$15 to $18 per hour
Ability to advance responsibilities for increased pay and benefits
Paid vacation earned and increased annually

EBR Performance is a performance motorcycle shop specializing in motocross engine and suspension building located in League City, Texas. EBR houses a dyno room, flow bench and machine shop. Each technician has their own large work area. EBR had grown from customer builds to additionally running a factory supported race team. We are looking for experts to share our success with.
