Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to get along with a broad customer base and build relationships
  • Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
  • Accurately documenting work orders and cost estimates
  • Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service management computer Software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area.
  • Clean and maintain appearance of general facilities. Ability to accept and follow directions while meeting goals and performance standards
  • Clean DMV record
