Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Ensuring service technicians have the parts required to complete customer and internal work order in an efficiency manner
  • Stocking, ordering and preparing parts in advance of when they are needed for the service department
  • Knowledge and experience of servicing motorcycles or automobiles
  • Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge of similar software
  • Superior communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Must maintain a neat, well organized work area and professional appearance
  • Ability to accept and follow directions while meeting goals and performance standards
  • Clean DMV record
