Located in the area of Sioux Falls, SD, founded in 2012, to assist disabled motorcycle riders with adaptive parts to be able to ride their motorcycles again safely carrying parts to assist paraplegics, amputees, and any other who has difficulty with the brakes, clutch, shifters, balance and many other areas that has stopped them from being in the wind.

We provide adaptive and modified parts for motorcycle and trikes a wide variety of motorcycles for a multitude of purposes from just enjoying the ride to racing. Primarily serving North America, but expanding to a worldwide basis, all territories are open since we are just now offering this position. Create your own sales team to assist in this launch.

As an exclusive North American distributor for a leading brake manufacturer out of the Isle Of Man, there are many additional product lines forthcoming to offer to motorcycle dealerships, parts companies, custom builders, the sky is the limit! We also specialize in prototyping, new product development, wholesale distribution, and internet retail sales for the full line of Disabled Bikers collection of brands.

The Position. We are hiring for the role of an Regional Manager Of Independent Outside Sales people for our lines on a completely commissioned basis. Excitement, passion and experience with motorcycles is a must! Our positions for outside sales will be expected to drive sales growth and create our relationships with customers. Sales people are responsible for prospecting and setting up new accounts within their assigned territories. Accounts are primarily located within the USA and Canada, and expanding to global accounts. Since this is a new part of our company, territories are open, and you will be starting the pipeline of the additional sales people and territories assigned.

Occasional travel is required to visit key accounts; most work is conducted via phone/email/chat/Skype from your home location. Wholesale sales experience and motorcycle riding experience are required; an existing contact network and professional experience within the powersports industry is preferred, but not required.

The Outside Sales representative is responsible for maintaining and growing a customer base. This position comes with no existing customer base and no limit on commission potential. The Outside Sales representative has the freedom to meet goals independently by scheduling their own appointments and directing their own work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Engaging with dealers through phone, email, Skype and chat on a regular cadence.
Enthusiastically present marketing initiatives and their value to the retail dealer to close sales.
Establish purchases from part dealers, dealerships, custom bike builders, etc, by leveraging product knowledge and marketing programs to expand thier sales market.
Train dealers on product knowledge.
Prospect new dealers and open new accounts.
Represent Disabled Bikers brands at trade shows, special events, and key dealer visits.
Creating and managing a sales force on assigned territories.
Other duties as required.

Desired Qualifications:

Must love motorcycles, riding, and the gear that goes with it. We need people that are passionate about people with disabilities, familiar with motorcycles and their passions about riding.
Preferred but not required, 2 to 5 years experience in business to business (B2B) sales experience with sales targets. Motorcycle dealers and/or international sales experience preferred.
