Job Summary: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will promote the Denago Powersport Brand in your designated region, focusing on signing up new dealers. You will provide integral support to dealers through product sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales promotions to achieve the desired revenue goals. This position is instrumental in creating long-term relationships and maximizing the market presence of our Powersports products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute a robust sales plan that aligns with company goals and maximizes our regional reach.
- Dealer Recruitment and Support: Identify, recruit, and support new and existing dealers, providing them with the tools and strategies to succeed.
- Sales Campaigns and Promotions: Design and implement innovative sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing timely reports and insights to the National Sales Director.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to market and sell our products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent Field Sales experience.
- Powersports OEM Sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and dealer network development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to understand market trends and competitor behavior.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
