The Senior Controller is responsible for organizing, supervising and coordinating administrative operations, which include Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, inventory control, benefits management and human resources. Keep complete, up-to-date and accurate records of accounts and financial arrangements for the dealership. Verify and enter information into ledgers or a computer, balance the accounts, and compile reports and financial statements.
Other Duties Include:
· Monitor and handle floor check audits
· Daily Cash flow statement
· Bank Reconciliation
· Attend monthly managers meeting
· Have weekly staff meeting with Admin Staff
· Train the staff periodically and delegate work as needed.
· Schedule the Admin staff
· Strong background in the motorsports industry.
· Computer literacy.
· Knowledgeable in all administrative areas.
Accounting Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Finance or Business Administration
5 years + multi-dealership experience required
Compensation: $80k+ (DOE)
