Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Finance Manager at our Redondo Beach location.

This is a full-time position plus commission with an annual pay range between $75,000 to $175,000 a year. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on individuals’ performance.


Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.


Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off. Must be able to work extended hours before and after dealerships hours to achieve goals.


You are a great fit if you can:

·         Connect with Customers to discuss financing options, insurance products, and other services.

·         Strong selling skills through proper menu presentations.

·         Resourceful skill set in overcoming objections during the sales process.

·         Process credit applications and secure financing for all vehicle purchases.

·         Offer vehicle financing to all customers and provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer and dealership procedures and policies.

·         Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to acquire approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.

·         Display a robust understanding and knowledge pertaining to federal, state, and location regulations that affect the overall vehicle sale and finance department.

·         Implement and maintain a consistent relationship between the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department.

·         Utilize confident and successful selling techniques to establish rapport with the customer and display value in the product Del Amo Motorsports offers (Features, Advantages, Benefits).

·         Train and inform the sales team of the newest information regarding the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

·         Monitor funding list and maintaining status is always current.


Other Requirements and Skills:

·         Strong background in the Powersports industry preferred.

·         Valid Sales license needs to be attained and presented to the dealership before time of hire.

·         Minimum of 5+ years in the industry preferred.

·         Knowledge in inventory transfers and locators for Sales Department.

·         Knowledge in completing transfer paperwork from start to finish.

·         Desk deals as necessary for the Sales department.

·         Assist with customer concerns to ensure CSI scores are maintained to dealership standard.

·         Required to maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction.

·         Highly organized with ability to multi-task multiple projects and meet deadlines on a consistent basis.

·         Expert in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

·         Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
