The Dainese/AGV/TCX is looking for a self motivated Brand Specialist to act as an ambassador of the brands, providing best in class service and education to partner distributors and retailers through in person presentations alongside distributor sales force to educate dealer staff, give retail merchandising advice, organize sales incentives, and provide key market feedback to management.  This position also  coordinates our presence at distributor events including trade shows and showcases, dealer grand openings, and special activations

Essential Function

  • Travel with distributor sales force to drive sell-through at retail partner locations by educating staff on the brand, values, technical information, brand history, and more
  • Build partnerships and event programs that provide a platform to connect and engage with our target consumers and retail partners.
  • Support key partner retailers with in-store selling and promotional activities during sales events, grand openings, and seasonal kick offs
  • Organize and conduct presentations during seasonal launches and throughout the season with key product initiatives
  • Be the go-to point of contact with distributor sales force to educate them and to answer any technical questions that arise throughout the year.
  • Review and advise on merchandising when traveling to dealers to ensure the Dainese Group brands are represented in a manner consistent with our industry position and brand value.
  • Distribute and install seasonal point of sale materials at retail locations. Ensures brand stories are aligned across the US region
  • Provide Dainese management with market feedback including photos, comments from retail staff and fans, and competitor insights


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, events, marketing, customer service and/or retail required
  • A passion for Motorcycle and/or Motorcycle industry background preferred
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Comfort and excellence in public speaking
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and travel for extended periods of time
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate with a variety of external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel Requirements

  • 80% of work time will involve travel.

Status: Full-time, salaried

Location: This role is remote, however, applicant must be in the eastern half of the US.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 yearly

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
