Overview
D2 Powersports in Spartanburg, South Carolina is seeking a highly qualified person to become its Floor Manager reporting to the Sales Manager.
The successful hire will already be a “closer” in the truest sense. In the role of “closer,” the Floor Manager will be responsible for obtaining a firm purchase commitment, when required, from customers in the showroom, and to ensure D2 is getting the deal it wants.
The Floor Manager will be seated in the Sales Tower, adjacent to the Sales Manager, and will also be required to submit all finance deals to D2’s lenders ranging from the Tier 1 customer to the sub-prime customer and upon approval, generate the necessary paperwork to be executed. Generating closing paperwork for cash customers is also part of the job.
Lightspeed EVO is the DMS used. Familiarity with that is a definite plus. The Floor Manager is certainly not an entry level position as only candidates with previous experience as a powersports sales associate with at least one-year of hands on experience as a finance manager will be reviewed and considered.
