A young, energetic and dynamic motorcycle parts internet retailer located in southern Rhode Island is looking for motivated Customer Service Specialists to fill multiple full time positions immediately! In this position, you will be taking orders over the phone, assisting clients with upgrades for their motorcycles, and troubleshooting installation of accessories. Attention to detail and experience on and around motorcycles is a must! A valid motorcycle license and availability for night and weekend hours are required.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting Customer transactions through all of our communication channels (phone, live chat, e-mail and in our retail environment) to established company standards.
- Verifying submitted orders for integrity and ensuring order fulfilment.
- Developing quotes and taking orders for large accounts, providing estimated shipping dates of back orders, solving problems, and assisting other sales team members with their accounts.
- Installing products on customer and company vehicles as needed.
- Assisting customers with returns and warranty issues.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Candidates must be able to read technical documentation, comprehend the information and be able to translate it to easily digestible and understandable conversations.
Candidates must be able to build solid relationships with customers with every interaction.
Candidates must be able to identify, mitigate and address difficult situations with tact, diplomacy and professionalism.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Candidates must be able to keyboard quickly and accurately using grammatically correct sentences.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
