Salary Range: 37,000 plus sales bonus

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Crossroads Motorsports . The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for listing and marketing units , meeting sales targets and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the powersports industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Knowledge and passion for powersports
* Motivated to Sales and making Sales bonuses (more you do more you earn)
* Experience with F&I and Marketing
* Experience with CRM software
