So there is no shortage of awesome units to sell. You will be busy selling to the Philadelphia faithful.

Principal Duties
·       Greet customers and discover their needs
·       Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in the showroom or on demonstration rides
·       Suggest optional equipment and upgrades to customers
·       Compute and quote sales price including tax, trade-in allowance, and any discounts
·       Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales including, but not limited to, preparing sales slips or sales contracts
·       Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
·       Research availability of models and optional equipment
·       Meet dealership sales goals
·       Engage in business development
·       Address customer concerns
·       Maintain CSI at or above company standards
·       Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
·       Participate in required training
·       Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
·       Observe all federal, state, local and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
·       Demonstrate the company’s core values
·       Follow company policies and procedures
·       Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·       Experience in motorcycle sales preferred
·       Excellent written and oral communication skills
·       Enjoy interacting with others
·       Interpersonal diplomacy – handling difficult or sensitive issues with respect, tact and professionalism
·       Personal effectiveness – demonstrate initiative, self-confidence, resiliency and a willingness to take responsibility
·       Ability to work well with a team and contribute positively to the company culture
·       Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
·       Familiar with product lines sold in dealership
·       Basic and intermediate level math competency
·       Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees
–      Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with flexibility to adapt to constant changing requirements
–      Strong learning skills
·       Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
·       Must be able to stand for long periods of time
·       Attention to detail
