Overview
Salary Range: 18.00-30.00/HR Depending on experience
This is a position for a customer service and shipping tech . You will be in charge of incoming packages , unboxing , communicating with customers via email or phone about their project , answering incoming phone calls and emails , converting incoming email and phone orders to an internal work orders ( most of these are all custom crankshafts and have to be built to specifics) . You will also be responsible for outgoing shipping , packaging , creating shipping labels and contacting customers for payment.
Having knowledge in the use of calipers and micrometers is very helpful
Also the knowledge of the inner workings of high performance engines is a plus . We are willing to train on the job
Must be courteous with good communication skills , a team player , be able to lift 75 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time . Upbeat with energy this is not a sluff position you will be busy all day every day
Must be punctual and dependable , and no cell phone usage
This is a full time position 8-5 Monday-Friday some overtime required
