Commonwealth Powersports needs a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our winning team! We are looking for a smart motorcycle savy person with extraordinary customer service skills to START IMMEDIATELY!

*Service Desk Responsibilities
*

Greet customers immediately and in a courteous and friendly manner
Intake customer vehicles, record problems, identifying service needs, schedule work, assign jobs to service technicians
Make estimates for wreck repairs and accommodate insurance company inquiries.
Clearly communicate job status to customer and report progress in a timely manner
Navigate online parts fiches and catalogs to earmark replacement parts for technicians
Perform cashier functions
Assist Service Dept. manager in maintaining a smooth-running, efficient department
Maintaining high CSI score. High degree of customer satisfaction is our first priority
*Qualifications

*Superior communication and customer service skills. Automotive or powersports service advisor/writer experience is a plus. Understand powersports components and systems. Maintain a current and valid driver’s license. Motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

We are a state-of-art facility and needs Service Writer to join our team IMMEDIATELY. Our dealership is the Largest Powersports Dealership in Virginia with SIX Brands under one roof!  and are busy year round. Nationally awarded by powersports manufacturers and industry leaders for a commitment to high-level customer service, research and development feedback and continuing education for our staff.
