Manages team members and operations of the Sales Department. The successful candidate will need to be a strong closer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership and the ability to build a strong sales team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Customers with excellent customer service
Drive Unit Sales and Profitability by following sales processes
Exceeding monthly sales goals
Desking and closing deals, overcoming customer objections while providing an excellent purchase experience.
Manage and Monitor CRM
Work with F&I to get deals done

Qualifications and Job Requirements
• Experience with fit to ride sales process a plus

• Prefer knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles

• Experience with Dealer Management System software and CRM

• Must have a valid Motorcycle Endorsement

  • Understand KPI’s and know how to take advantage of your floor traffic.
