Overview

Technician needed for powersports store, we are a growing business and are looking for a tech that will grow with our company.

* Performing powersports repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.

* Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.

*Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.

*Documenting work performed on each unit on the repair order along with time flagging.

*Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.

*Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Requirements

– Experience as a powersports mechanic Preferred

– Attention to detail

– Valid in-state driver’s license

– Follow directions and work well with others

– Willing to train the right person that has mechanic background or is a powersports enthusiast and home mechanic.
