Respected Ducati service, performance and race shop looking for a qualified (Level II or III) technician who loves the Ducati brand and strives for perfection. Boulder Motor Sports is a family owned business providing many services to our customers including routine maintenance, service, and performance upgrades, up to and including full race prep. Boulder Motor Sports was established in 2006 with a strong emphasis on quality Ducati service.  We continue to be the leading independent Ducati service and performance shop in the US and are situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado.  Our location offers more than three hundred days a year of sunshine, twisty roads and incredible opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.  We are driven and dedicated to the pursuit of perfection. We are proud of our on-track accomplishments with multiple championships in many different classes in multiple sanctioning bodies, including the Daytona 200 in 2022. We are even more proud when our customers leave happy and tell others about the quality of work and customer service we provide.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Diagnose and repair Ducati Motorcycles

·       Perform accurate, full and complete diagnosis on motorcycles in for service or performance requests

·       Communicates repairs necessary both verbally and written to managers

·       Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship

·       Follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides

·       Meets deadlines and completes work productively and profitably

·       Abides by all shop policies

·       Follows company dress code and is always well groomed

·       Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees

·       Perform other duties as assigned

Job Skills and Knowledge requirements:

·       Strong motorcycle knowledge

·       Valid driver’s license with a Motorcycle endorsement

·       High School Diploma or G.E.D. desired

·       Minimum previous motorcycle shop experience of 2 years required

·       Ability to work in a clean and professional manner

·       Ownership of complete set of tools

·       Ability to work assigned shifts with productivity and minimal tardiness

·       Strong computer knowledge and skills

·       Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision and direction

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
