We are looking to add a knowledgeable & customer service-oriented manager to lead our busy, expanding Service Department. The Service Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability of the Service Department while focusing on customer retention. To achieve this, he or she must effectively lead and manage personnel, have a strong knowledge of the service market and possess an in-depth understanding of how the Service Department affects other departments’ numbers and processes.


5+ years of Motorcycle or Auto Service Department Manager experience
M endorsement on license required with clean driving record
Experience with Lightspeed EVO or NXT
Must provide excellent customer service
Manage both Front of House & Back of House staff, scheduling & profitability
BMW Motorrad experience a plus
Ability to speak effectively one on one
Ability to effectively listen
Demonstrated Powersports Parts Knowledge Required
Ability to interpret customer needs
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Extraordinary organizational skills
Strong Attention to Detail


Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
Service Department Operations
Provide high quality motorcycle service
Maximize productivity levels of service technicians, managers, and writers
Grow the volume of service work
Monitor billing, warranty, and internal repair orders
Familiarize yourself with all facets of computer system
Ensure employees keep a clean, efficient, and orderly department
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Give special attention to repeat orders
Develop promotional campaigns
Maintain efficiency reports on Service Technicians and writers


Salary plus commission-based pay with performance bonus.
