Job description
We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic Motorcycle Mechanic to help our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong work ethic. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn more about electronics and the daily operation of our business. The right candidate will be capable of troubleshooting technical problems, preforming routine maintenance maintaining and installing equipment. They will also have the opportunity to work closely with management to become more knowledgeable about the inner workings of our company.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Team Player
- Have prior motorcycle mechanical experience
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality of work
- Maintain technical qualifications by completing all necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager
- Driver’s License with valid Motorcycle license or Motorcycle endorsement(Required)
- Equipped with proper tools
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to speak, read and write English
Responsibilities:
- Perform all maintenance and repairs on Motorcycles
- Complete repair work within the scheduled time period
- Perform work assignments from Manager and GM
- Request needed parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known
- Perform service repair work in accordance to factory specifications
- Notify Manager and GM of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that the customer may be contacted and notified of the delay
- After job is finished ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork
- Keep work areas as clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
- Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary training programs
- Focus on quality
- Be extremely precise in our work
- Ensure quality work is done before moving on to next the motorcycle
- Test ride all completed Motorcycles
- Notify managers of equipment malfunctions and needs
- Take pride in work performance
- Most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER!!!

Salary: $43,000.00 – $65,650.00 per year
Schedule: Tues.-Fri.: 9-5, Sat.: 9-4
Experience: Motorcycle technician: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: Motorcycle License (Required)
