Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Powersports Service Manager to lead our service department. As the Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. If you have a strong background in powersports maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior service, we want to hear from you.


Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and technician assignments.
Provide leadership and guidance to service technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
Monitor service metrics, such as turnaround time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including work orders, invoices, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to powersports vehicles and service operations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in powersports mechanics is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the powersports or automotive service industry.
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs and side by sides.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and vendors.
Proficiency in computerized service management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
