Overview: We are currently seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Powersports Parts and Accessory Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing parts, accessories, and apparel for their powersports vehicles. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Listen to customers’ needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable parts, accessories, and apparel for their powersports vehicles and lifestyle.
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability, providing accurate information and recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the dealership’s point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are neatly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed, following inventory management procedures.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and performing periodic inventory audits.


High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and meet sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
