Overview

This is a full time position in an exciting and fun power sports industry. Your main responsibility is to maintain a position of being available and responsive to internal and external customer support. Dedicated to providing a strong customer service ethic which supports the company philosophy.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer calls from our customers with questions or troubleshooting needs. Transfers calls to the appropriate department. Create new customers in customer database and place new retail sales orders. Handle Customer Returns process and place orders for warranty items. Review and release Website sales orders. Answering emails and chats. Understand product instructions and assist customers with technical support questions.

Minimum Qualifications

·        An Associate Degree from a Business, Sales or Marketing field or minimum of 2 years of experience with a customer service background

·        Proficiency in organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task

·        Ability to learn and retain knowledge of motorcycle parts product lines

Preferred Qualifications

·        A background in or interest in the motorcycle industry

This is a full-time permanent position in a casual and fun working environment with the opportunity for growth. Hours are work M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive wage with a full benefit package.
