To be a successful Retail Service Manager at Bert’s Mega Mall, you should be Positive, Proactive, skilled in verbal and written communications, organized, and a leader who works well within a team.

Primary Responsibilities for Retail Service Manager:

  • Direct and coordinate retail front end service department operations
  • Identify and develop strategies for customer retention and growth
  • Analyze, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of service methods and systems
  • Work with senior management and co-managers to facilitate employee development
  • Represent and Promote Bert’s Vision
  • Planning and evolving customer service interaction practices to accommodate changes in the industry market

Retail Service Manager Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of Service Management experience
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for customer care
  • Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to adapt to consistent changing environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong representation and leadership skills
