Beaverton Motorcycles is now hiring Full-Time Retail Sales Associates!

Be a part of an exciting and growing team.  Motorcycle and/or Retail experience preferred, but not needed. Retail Sales Associates work the Parts, Gear and Apparel side of the business.  As a retail sales associate, you are responsible for:

• Getting our riders outfitted in the newest and safest gear for all of their riding needs
• Sizing and fitting helmets, boots, and assorted on-road as well as off-road gear sets
• Cashiering
• Merchandising
• Keeping up with the newest technology and trends in the industry
• Knowing a little (or a lot) about throttles, brakes, suspensions, spokes, axles, mufflers, engines, air filters, fuel tanks, mudguards, AND what they are used for and why you need them.

You will spend your days accurately answering questions and guiding customers (in person or on the phone) in finding the exact part or accessory for their toys, and arranging for delivery, fitting, installation and more.  Join a team that is dedicated to providing world-class service.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Previous experience a plus but not required
• Professional and strong communication, reasoning and organizational skil
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Outstanding customer and co-worker service skills – enjoy working in and around the public
• A strong work ethic and professional demeanor; retail sales mentality
• Mature actions with regards to attendance, punctuality and meeting deadlines
• Civil and respectful workplace etiquette (social distancing remains our normal)
