*Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, mentor and motivate an Automotive BDC team

*Attend and contribute to all managers’ meetings and training sessions


*Expert level eleads crm knowledge – non-negotiable

*Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive business development center operations

*Must have demonstrated leadership and management ability

*Experience with automotive digital marketing

*Ability to work well under pressure

*Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement

*Drug, felon, and drama free!

In 2012, Robert Dodson fulfilled a lifelong dream when he became the owner of Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson® and Hammond Harley-Davidson®. With a vision of creating two of the nations "best-in-class" Harley-Davidson® dealerships, Robert is a hands-on owner who you will find on-site at either location. Robert is a motorcycle enthusiast who sat on the seat of his first motorcycle at the age of six and is still riding today (2010 Street Glide is his baby, 22523 miles, and counting!). Robert got his start in the motorcycle industry over 25 years ago as a sales associate and was instrumental in growing several dealerships in the Deep South the Midwest. With a belief in connecting with and giving back to the community, Robert looks forward to getting involved in local events and welcoming every customer as a lifelong friend!
