Hammond Harley-Davidson, the premier motorcycle dealership in Louisiana, is seeking a hungry, dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with experience in the motorcycle or automobile industry. Hammond HD is one of over forty dealerships in “Rumble On” the first publicly traded and fastest growing power sports company in the world.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Protecting the dealership
Protecting the customer
Meet monthly forecast for finance
Increasing gross profit
Increasing product penetration
Ensuring adherence with group policies and procedures
Secure funding with all lending institutes
Maintain strong working relationship with all lenders
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

A minimum of 2 years as a Finance Manager
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computer programs
Enthusiastic about a team environment
A desire to provide exceptional customer service
The ability to have fun while working hard
