Here’s the deal. We’re looking for an aggressive RAINMAKER who can build and run an Internet and finance sales team. And this isn’t some dead-end company. In the last two years we exploded from seven to thirteen stores, and all of our GM’s were promoted from within.
Like the title of this ad says, this is a real job with a real company, for serious people. If we have to tell you what to do or how to do it, you’re not the right person.
We’ve experienced tremendous growth, and to keep up the momentum, we need to bring in some new talent who can help us reach new heights by hiring, training and retaining a best of the best sales BDC/internet and finance team – increasing our revenues even further. We are well capitalized, have an outstanding product, and an unbeatable sales process. Plus, we’re selling something that people already want. If you are selected, you will be personally trained and groomed for success by an experienced General Manager. You will get a paycheck every two weeks. The size of your paycheck is guaranteed during the first month, however if you crack the ceiling before the month, you’ll be able to earn the greater amount from commission. You will learn sales and marketing skills that will far exceed anything you’ve ever seen before and more importantly…. you’ll have an opportunity to make an exceptional income by providing a service that genuinely helps people. In other words, this is a job you can (and will) be very proud of.

The potential to make exceptional earning is very real. In fact, it’s not even that difficult to do. Here’s why: We’ve done it before, we’ve owned this store previously. The market conditions are better now.
Here are some of the things you’ll be doing: Actually, you’ll have nearly complete autonomy, based on your level of production. We’ll give you as much or as little training, support, or tools you need to run your department within our business, and be successful. The more you make, the more we make, so we have a vested interest in making you successful.

Motorcycle enthusiasts excel much faster than non-riders, Harley-Davidson strongly preferred

In 2012, Robert Dodson fulfilled a lifelong dream when he became the owner of Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson® and Hammond Harley-Davidson®. With a vision of creating two of the nations "best-in-class" Harley-Davidson® dealerships, Robert is a hands-on owner who you will find on-site at either location. Robert is a motorcycle enthusiast who sat on the seat of his first motorcycle at the age of six and is still riding today (2010 Street Glide is his baby, 22523 miles, and counting!). Robert got his start in the motorcycle industry over 25 years ago as a sales associate and was instrumental in growing several dealerships in the Deep South the Midwest. With a belief in connecting with and giving back to the community, Robert looks forward to getting involved in local events and welcoming every customer as a lifelong friend!
