Internet Manager – Superior Pay Plan, Full-time, Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our outstanding team. As the Internet Sales Manager you will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient department and have a strong desire to succeed. Compensation for this position is salary, commission, and bonus. Relocation and Sign On for top candidates.


********Maximize sales and profitability of the department********

Collect and analyze metrics and maintain reports

Possess thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet

Develop an effective team through training and performance standards

Ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment

Answer customer questions promptly with accuracy and integrity

Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them

Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit

Track inbound and outbound contact volume, monitor productivity

Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail motorcycle sales

Train and develop team

Other duties, as assigned


Two years of Internet Sales Management experience

Prior experience required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and work ethic

Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment

Current, valid motorcycle license
