Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Powersports Sales Executives to join our team. This is a great entry-level position for someone who is interested in the powersports industry and wants to gain experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in the powersports industry, but you do not need prior sales experience. The successful candidate must be able to build their own territory as these are new territories that we are expanding into. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers in the powersports industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers in the powersports industry
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
  • Build your own territory
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to delivery and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events

Requirements:

  • Passion for the powersports industry and knowledge of various powersports products such as motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, motocross, snowmobiles, watercraft, and trailer parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (or willing to learn)
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
