Alpinestars USA has an immediate opening for an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as a key liaison between the strategic account and Alpinestars USA. You will assist in building and executing the sales plan necessary to provide each customer the highest level of service and support.


Responsible for generating Sales through our Dealer network on 3rd Party Channels(Amazon,eBay…etc)Manage relationships with sellers

  • Manage Alpinestars data images and content on these Channels
  • Ensure all Alpinestars products are listed and live on Platforms.
  • Work with Distributors to create closeout buy opportunities.

Responsible for Sales eCommmerce AccountsBuild relationships with Buyers

  • Help with asset distribution on all new products and product launches.
  • Website audits to ensure Alpinestars has premier brand position, all products are represented and represented with correct content to drive sales.
  • Work with Buyers for brand representation in Email, Home Page and Product pages
  • Drive Sales on Closeouts through Distribution.
  • Product training for Buyers, Video Staff and CS Staff.
  • Manage ‘LE’ and ‘SE’ sales efforts and promotions with accounts

Responsible for Key Account SalesBuild relationships with Buyers

  • Track and develop programs and products for Catalog position
  • Develop store promotions
  • Help with asset distribution on all new products and product launches.
  • Drive Sales on Closeouts through Distribution
  • Product training for Buyers, DM’s and Store Managers
  • Manage ‘LE’ and ‘SE’ sales efforts and promotions
  • Provide all aspects of Customer Service and relationship management.

Further objectives:

  • Work with Alpinestars Sales Manager to determine unique needs of each designated account.
  • Key liaison in development and implementation of the strategic plan for accounts. Includes product mix recommendation, revenue forecast, contract negotiation, and marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate presentation and distribution of product samples and advertising materials in time for catalog deadlines. Develop template to manage the number of drops, image requirements, and specific sample needs.
  • Provide POP and merchandising materials as needed to ensure all locations project an appropriate Alpinestars image.
  • Keep accounts appraised of Alpinestars inventory position, product launch schedules, and line changes. Ongoing communication to Strategic account buyers to ensure they have appropriate levels of Alpinestars products
  • Supports Strategic Account retail events as necessary.
  • Successful candidates are goal-oriented, articulate, outgoing, motivated, persuasive, able to multi-task, and possess a desire to learn.
  • Must have ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen, excellent organization and presentation skills required.
  • Travel Required


A minimum of 1-2 years outside sales or Distribution level sales experience to key accounts is required. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience within the Powersports or general knowledge of the Action Sports Industry is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
