We are looking for a Marketing Insight Strategist that can help us plan for 2030 – 2040! This is a hybrid role, 1 day/week in the office and the other 4 are remote. Our team looks at the customers that are “coming soon”, looking at the next generation of customers.
This role requires someone that is comfortable in ambiguity, finds joy in numbers but can also throw a hail Mary. We aren’t looking for someone that is “job title” driven but someone that is looking to make an impact while you are on our team. We have a very cohesive team with all levels of experience.
If you have experience in researching or have worked in the planning department for an ad agency, this could be the job for you!
Who we are seeking?
- Someone with 7-10 years hands-on experience leading custom research initiatives.
- 3+ years in business development or related position, and agile experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Experience in primary qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (segmentation, auto clinics, focus groups, ethnography, etc.)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or quantitative such as Statistics, Social Science, etc. MBA degree a plus. A graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus OR in absence of a relevant degree, 10+ years of work experience in Market Research is also acceptable
