Overview
Our high-volume Harley-Davidson Client in coastal Texas is looking for an aggressive, take-charge Assistant Sales Manager to lead an expanding Sales team. The right candidate is fluent in KPIs and transactional data and has at least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience leading, motivating, managing, and mentoring an H-D sales team of 3-5 individuals.
The compensation for this role is based on experience and driven by performance. The comp range is in the neighborhood of $65k – $100k+.
