Unique opportunity with leading motorcycle apparel manufacturer.
Primary responsibilities require refined knowledge and real-world experience doing the following:
· Passion for the adventure aspect of the motorcycle business, including urban/touring/dirt/BDR
· Overseeing and managing day-to-day store operations
· Defining conceptual strategy for training and sell-through
· Strategic planning for outreach and events
· Strong focus on CSI and building lasting team member and customer relationships
Compensation
The compensation plan for this role includes a competitive base salary, potential bonus opportunity and employee health benefits that include medical, vision and dental offerings.
A candidate who is already in the Rocky Mountain region is desired, as there is no relocation assistance for this position.
