Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Title Clerk
A highly sought after motorcycle and powersports leader in Northern Colorado is seeking a committed and detail-oriented individual with experience in all aspects of Title Processing.
Responsibilities :
– Process all aspects of title-work and promptly supply the appropriate customer/agencies with said title-work
– Maintain all title and MSO records on new and used inventory
– Be versed in filing/completing finance paperwork, recording liens, resolving any title discrepancies
– Communicate with county and state agencies regarding all aspects of title-work and its processing.
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality both for the customer and the business at all times
– Provide excellent customer service
– Stay up-to-date on local and federal laws and regulations regarding title-work
– Work closely with the sales department to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient title-work processing
Qualifications
– Minimum (2) years dealership experience as a title clerk
