Who is 10 Cycles?

10 Cycles is an independently owned and operated powersports and E-mobility dealership in Matthews, North Carolina. Our name comes from the shop’s owner, Justin Brayton, who races the number 10 motorcycle in professional motocross and supercross throughout the world. At 10 Cycles, we carry a variety of brands that include KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, Honda, Specialized Bicycles, STACYC, and Onewheel, among others. We are powersports and bicycle enthusiasts, and there’s nothing we enjoy more than helping others find the kind of fun, adventure, and freedom that a motorcycle or E-Bike can bring. We strive for an authentic and enjoyable culture that fosters creativity and autonomy.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Honda Dealership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a passion for customer service. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Take messages accurately and pass them on to the appropriate staff member
Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide assistance with their inquiries
Provide information about products and services offered by the dealership
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative duties, including filing and data entry
Schedule appointments for customers and staff members
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Any other relevant responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work Tuesday – Saturday
