Who is 10 Cycles?

10 Cycles is an independently owned and operated powersports and E-Mobility dealership in Matthews, North Carolina. Our name comes from the shop’s owner, Justin Brayton, who races the number 10 motorcycle in professional motocross and supercross throughout the world. At 10 Cycles, we carry a variety of brands that include KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, Honda (soon) Specialized Bicycles, STACYC, and Onewheel, among others. We are powersports and bicycle enthusiasts, and there’s nothing we enjoy more than helping others find the kind of fun, adventure, and freedom that a motorcycle or E-Bike can bring. We strive for an authentic and enjoyable culture that fosters creativity and autonomy.
We are currently seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the title and registration process for our customers’ motorcycles.

Principal Duties

·       Accurately process titles and registrations for new and used motorcycles
Maintain accurate records of all title transactions
Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork for title and registration purposes
Communicate with state DMV offices to resolve any title-related issues
Process title transfers for trade-ins
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for all customer information
Reconcile DMV reports on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
Inventory stocking for new units
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, internet, email)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a title clerk or administrative role desired
Knowledge of DMV regulations and title processing procedures
Familiarity with motorcycle sales and registration processes a plus
Ability to work Saturdays
