We are searching for an experienced, talented and progressive-minded Service Manager for our Harley-Davidson and Multi-line metric dealership client in Southern California.

If you or someone you know is interested in earning north of six figures plus excellent health benefits and relocation assistance, and have a history of moving the needle in each of your previous roles, we should talk. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on Service and Service Manager experience, as well as team building, staff training and business development skills. You must be professional, appropriate, respectful of others at all times and be able to stay cool under pressure. You will not be micro-managed, so self-motivated candidates are the best.

We are looking for someone with bullet-proof integrity and consistently good judgement. You must be able to nurture and support a healthy work environment.
